I'm taking a more strict approach to how I hire second shooters for my weddings. If a second shooter is needed for a wedding day, there's a 95% chance we will be dividing and conquering besides for the ceremony and reception. Therefore, I need my second shooters to be confident, have reliable gear, and treat the wedding day as if it's their own client. If you're more interested in learning about wedding days, I would love to chat with you more. I offer mentorships that might be a better option for what you're searching for.
